Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration for any reason...  

• The deadline to cancel is January 1, 2023 
• Cancellations made between October 15, 2022, and January 1, 2023, will be reimbursed except for a $150 fee per person (for credit card fees and other costs incurred)
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations after January 1, 2023 
• Trip Cancellation Insurance is available at time of registration for an additional cost.  Don't risk losing money if you must cancel your trip. Trip cancellation insurance is availalbe to reimburse your prepaid, non-refundable expenses should you need to cancel your trip. A cancellation policy is only available to U.S. residents. All other international residents are only eligible for a Travel Medical Policy.
